Heather D’Antonio graduated summa cum laude from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History. She received her Juris Doctor and Diploma of Civil Law from Paul M. Hebert LSU Law Center in 2009. She was a member of the Louisiana Law Review, and her article “The State of Mental Healthcare in New Orleans Post-Katrina” was published in the spring of 2009.

Julie J. Baxter

Julie J. Baxter is Of Counsel to Rhorer Law Firm. She has a background in civil litigation and award-winning investigative journalism, and currently practices as an attorney for the Louisiana State Senate. She has served as litigation counsel in state and federal jury trials on matters ranging from serious personal injury cases to employee whistleblower claims. The Louisiana Supreme Court appointed Julie to serve as one of five attorneys and judges on the Committee to Study Plain English Civil Jury Instructions.
